As a newbee in PHP I'm Searching for a PHP development environment. During this search I stumbled on Smutty. As a newbee I don't run Linux. So I asked myself, why do they build a PHP development environment for easy "Newbee" use only for use on a "Geek" OS? And how come their manual doesn't make me understand a thing about their easy environment? Is really this easy if they are not able to make me understand? So, for now I'll be skipping Smutty.
